Jon Shearer is a right-brain/left-brain leader with 20 years of experience across design, business and technology. He's passionate about developing strengths-based collaborative teams, building digital businesses and investing in leaders.

Recently, Jon founded CADENCE CO. to help companies develop digital products, leaders, and teams.

Previously, he served as acting CTO and SVP of Digital Products at Ramsey Solutions, where he helped grow the company to $125mm in revenue.  As a member of the senior executive team, he partnered with the board to solve organizational challenges and develop company strategy.  Jon grew and led teams of over 100 in Product Management, User Experience, User Testing, Engineering, Architecture, Platform, Quality Assurance, and Online Customer Support.  During a time when most tenures in the industry were 18-24 months, his team had 4% attrition.  Together, they worked across the 10 internal business units spanning B2C and B2B markets in media, publishing, e-commerce, online learning, subscription sites, apps, lead and agent management, affiliates, events, and personality brands.
